Description

The Ball’s in Your Court is an exciting program for girls in 6th-12th grades. 

   This is a 1-day interactive program featuring workshops exploring topics including:

• managing stress
• goal setting
• positive thinking
• being assertive and
• health and nutrition. 

  It will be held at Center Court Tennis Club 1 Eagle Valley Court, Broadview Heights OH 44147.  The day will include activities on and off the court however no tennis experience is necessary.   

  Lunch and snacks will be included.

  Featured speakers include:

• Lauren Davis, Clevelander and Professional Tennis Player
• Dr Cheryl Chase, Clinical Psychologist
• Nancy Sobecks MD
• Bojana Soljaga, ACE Certified Personal Trainer
